摘　　要： 一幢小型办公建筑的设计,投资有限,强调实用。建筑师在有限的成本空间内施展创意,完成了以水为题的设计提案,切中了项目主题与企业文化;并在成本有严格控制的前提下,通过与项目业主及材料供应商的技术协调,最终实现建筑设计与室内设计协调统一的建筑创意。 This paper introduces a small office house for an enterprise producing drinking water, functional and low cost. The concept of the house is advanced within the limited budget but well reaching the expectation of the enterprise culture with a theme relating to spring. Further more, the concept is realized through the technical convention among the owners, the material providers and the architects.
