摘　　要： 宋代是我国历史上的一个重要转折时期,这一时期东南沿海地区的发展表现出某种程度的海洋发展路向,其背后的经济动因就是该地外向型经济成分有所增长。这种增长植根于公元8世纪至11世纪中叶三百余年间国内国际环境的变化,这些变化为该地外向型经济成分的发展提供了必要的地域经济基础、海洋运输基础和海外市场基础。 The Song Dynasty is an important transitional period in our history, in this particular period, the development road of the southeast coastal area of the China has been deviated to the traditional operating orbit of continent empire since the Han Dynasty and the Tang Dynasty, displaying the element of the outward-oriented economy to some extent. The economic reason was the development of Outward-oriented Economy in the southeast coastal area of the Song Dynasty. The development was rooted in the changes of internal and international environment from 8AD to mid of llAD. These changes provided necessary foundation of regional economy and ocean-transportation and oversea market.
