摘　　要： 随着信息技术的深入发展,制造企业特别是多品种小批量生产企业,面临着越来越大的挑战。如果只采用单一的CAD、CAPP及调度监控系统,从产品设计到制造的全生命周期中,容易产生信息孤岛,进而影响企业的竞争力。本文从制造企业现存的问题出发,阐述了进行全柔性化CAD/CAPP/CAPPS集成系统研究的必要性,论述了该系统的集成方案、关键技术及各模块的功能。 With the development of information technology,manufacturing companies,especially with middle and small batch production mode,face more and more challenges.If only using single CAD,CAPP or scheduling system,information isolated island is easily produced,which will affect company competitive power.In this paper,based on existent problems of manufacturing company,integrated scheme of the system is discussed,and key technology and the function of all the modules are narrated.
