摘 要: 柔性机构中柔性构件变形的动态响应为高度非线性。为了进行柔性机构的动态可靠性分析,提出了柔性机构变形动态响应可靠性分析理论,按照多柔体系统动力学方法建立了柔性机构动态可靠性分析模型,提出了变形动态响应可靠度计算方法。利用蒙特卡罗随机模拟方法抽取少量随机变量样本数据,计算构件变形动态响应随机过程的时间截口分布特性,结合人工神经网络方法进行构件变形动态响应的随机过程分析,得到整个运动时域内变形的随机过程分布规律。通过柔性机构实例进行变形动态响应可靠度计算,结果表明该方法对柔性机构设计和分析具有理论方法指导意义。 Deformation dynamic response of flexible mechanism is a nonlinear process. For the purpose of dynamic reliability analysis, a model of flexible mechanism was proposed based on flexible multi-body dynamics. Deformation dynamic response reliability theory was proposed and methodology was presented. Monte Carlo method was applied to generate stochastic variables of flexible mechanism. Artificial Neural Network was constructed to simulate nonlinear relationship between stochastic variables and deformation responses. Section distributions of deformation process were gained on the outputs of ANN. A flexible mechanism was employed to test theory and methodology presented. Dynamic deformation reliability of the flexible mechanism was computed. The results showed that this method was available for flexible mechanism design and analysis.
