摘 要: 大量试验证明:波形筛板表面的凹槽形状对筛选效果有决定性的影响。对波形筛板表面的凹槽形状进行优化就能提高筛选效率和长纤维组分的得率,以及筛浆机的生产能力。 In comparison with slotted screen baskets.the drilled screen baskets show significantly worse screening efficiency,whereas the slotted screen baskets,especially the ones without profile,can cause a reduction of the throughput capacity up to 30%.By means of profile on the surface of the slotted screen baskets this disadvantage can largely be avoided. The results of both the lab and pilot trials have proved that the surface geometry can essentially influence the screening results.By optimizing the surface geometry it is possible not only to improve the shive retention and the yield of long fibres,but increase the throughout capacity as well,This has been confirmed by field trials in the German and USA paper industry.
