摘 要: 选择沥青基碳纤维作为制备碳纸的基体材料,控制工艺条件制备一次成型碳纸。对一次成型碳纸进行后处理得到电极扩散层基底碳纸,进行性能评价。结果表明:自制碳纸与Toray TGP-H-90碳纸性能没有明显的差异,是一种比较理想的电极扩散层基底材料。 Pitch-based carbon fibre,was chosen as the base material to prepare the one-time shaping carbon paper. The electrode diffuse layer basement carbon paper was obtained after the treating of on-time shaping carbon paper. The performance evaluation of carbon paper shows that the home-made carbon paper is considerablly perfect basement material to prepare electrode diffuse layer, without obvious difference with the Toray TGP-H-90 carbon paper in performance.
