摘 要: 探讨炭黑分散度独立成分提取Fisher判别的模型建立并设计其应用软件系统。建模过程包括图像采集、图像处理、特征指标体系设立、独立成分提取、模型建立与分析。该判别法适用于硫化胶和混炼胶炭黑分散度的识别,识别准确率较高(约90%)。应用软件系统操作方便。 A model for the independent component extraction-based Fisher discrimination of carbon black dispersity has been established and its applied software system has been designed. The model establishing process includes image aquisition, image processing, set-up of characteristic index system, independent component extraction,and model establishment and analysis. The discrimination is applicable for determination of carbon black dispersity in rubber mix or vulcanizate with a higher accuracy(about 90%). The software system is easy to operate.
