摘　　要： 开展非医攻博教育应充分认识到这项工作的重要意义:是我国高等教育模式改革和医学高等教育学制改革的重要举措;是中医学高层次教育模式及长学制改革的重大突破。构建与完善非医攻博培养模式应做到以下7点:①进一步明确培养目标,明晰培养定位;②明确阶段培养要求,完善与构建成熟的培养模式;③优化课程设置,构建科学规范的学位课程体系;④合理安排临床实践,培养合格的中医药人才;⑤实行中期考核制度,督导学生以优异成绩攻博;⑥实行导师负责制,在导师组集体指导下开展学位论文工作;⑦探索科学规范的管理体制,为非医攻博培养模式构建发展平台。 Significance of conducting postgraduate education for non-medicine majored undergraduates should be fully understood. This is an important measure to reform modes of higher education and reform higher medical education system. It is also an important breakthrough of high level education of Chinese medicine. The following seven pieces of work should be fulfilled： 1. Educational objectives and orientation should be further nailed down. 2. Educational requirement in different phases should be nailed down to construct reasonable training modes. 3. Curriculum setup should be optimized for standardized management. 4. Clinical practice should be arranged reasonably to nurture qualified professionals of Chinese medicine. 5. Mid-term examination system should be carried out. 6. Tutorial system should be set up to guide the students in their writing of thesis paper. 7. Scientific management system should be explored to construct favorable platform for postgraduate education of non-medicine majored undergraduates.
