摘 要: 以分子量小于10000的右旋糖苷硫酸酯为分离对象,通过膜通量、截留率、膜通量衰减程度和膜的清洗恢复率等参数的测定,考察了外加直流电场作用下荷电超滤膜的分离性能。结果表明:与中性膜PES300相比,外加电场下荷电膜的膜通量和截留率都有所提高,而膜通量衰减程度由41.86%分别降低到19.51%和13.28%。结合使用膜改性和外加电场两种强化方法,膜的衰减程度可进一步降至8.33%,而且使用过的荷电膜清洗后其膜通量的恢复率可达到95%,表明能较大地改善膜的抗污染性能。 The performance of charged membrane under an external electric field was investigated by the ultra-filtration for dextran sulfate with molecular weight less than 10000 by means of determinations of flux, retention rate, decay and scavenging recovery of the membrane flux. It was found that the membrane flux and retention rate of charged membrane were higher than these of neutral PES300 membrane. The decays of membrane flux (DMF) were by 19.51% and 13.28% respectively in electric-field and charged membrane, while it was by 41.86% for neutral membrane. Combining the appli- cation of charged membrane and electric-field, the anti-polluted capability of membrane can be notably improved, the DMF may be decreased to 8.33%, with a more than 95% of flux recovery rate.
