摘 要: 选择三个代表性的叶龄段,研究了6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和脱落酸(ABA)对两个烟草品种NC89和JYH光合功能衰退和H2O2水平的影响。结果表明,两激素对NC89和JYH不同发育阶段的光合功能具有不同的调控作用。在烟草叶片叶绿素含量相对稳定前期,两激素对NC89和JYH各光合参数和H2O2含量影响不大;叶绿素含量相对稳定后期,光合机构和H2O2对两激素处理非常敏感,叶绿素含量相对稳定期是光合功能衰退的可逆和可调阶段;叶绿素含量速降期,6-BA处理对光合功能已无促进作用,各参数变化很小,所以叶绿素含量速降期是光合功能衰退的不可逆和不可调阶段。SDS-PAGE显示可逆衰退阶段核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶加氧酶(Rubisco)大小亚基对6-BA和ABA处理较敏感,而类囊体膜多肽组分基本无变化;不可逆衰退阶段,6-BA对Rubisco大小亚基和类囊体膜多肽组分影响不大,ABA对Rubisco大小亚基和类囊体膜多肽组分有一定影响,说明烟草叶片光合膜和碳同化酶对两激素的响应不同。 Effects of 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) and abscisic acid (ABA) on photosynthetic function decline and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) content in two genotypes of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv NC89 & JYH)leaves of three representative development phases were studied. Results showed that the effects of 6-BA and ABA on tobacco leaves during different development phase were different. In the prophase of chlorophyll content relative steady phase (RSP) photosynthetic parameters and H2O2 content were slightly influenced by 6-BA and ABA. In the anaphase photosynthetic apparatus and H2O2 were very sensitive to 6-BA and ABA treatment and there was a reversible decline (RD) of photosynthetic function, while in chlorophyll content sharp fall phase (SFP) photosynthetic function was not promoted by 6-BA treatment and there was an irreversible decline (IRD). During RD large and small subunits (LSU and SSU) of ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco) were sensitive to 6-BA and ABA treatment while the thylakoid membrane polypeptide components were unaffected. During IRD both LSU and SSU of Rubisco and thylakoid membrane polypeptide components were insensitive to 6-BA treatment but were somehow changed with ABA treatment. Results suggested that photosynthetic membrane and Rubisco response differently to 6-BA and ABA in tobacco leaves.
