摘 要: 脂肪细胞因子是当今国际医学界的研究热点。现已发现人类脂肪细胞分泌几十种脂肪细胞因子(adipocytokines),它们在体内发挥着脂肪体积传感器的作用,同时通过影响机体的能量代谢调节机体的脂肪积累。这里重点介绍那些在机体能量代谢平衡调控中起主要作用的脂肪细胞因子,如瘦素(Leptin)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)α、抵抗素(resistin)、脂联素(adiponectin)、白介素(IL)6等等。脂肪细胞因子调节机体能量代谢及脂肪积累的生理作用已日渐引起运动医学界的重视,它们可能成为运动减肥和糖尿病的运动治疗的新的研究领域。 Nowadays, adipoeytokine is a hot research point in the medical field. It has been discovered that human adipocytes secrete a group of cytokine or cytokine-like molectdes. These adipocytokines play an important role in regulating organisms' energy metabolism and fat accumulation. Here we focus on the adipocytokines which play major roles in regulating energy metabolism, such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), leptin, resistin, etc.. The action of adipocytokines in regulating organisms' energy metabolism and fat accumulation is attracting attention of more and more researchers in the field of exercise-medicine, because it may be the most premising new field in researehing lass weight and the tteatment to type 2 diabetics through doing exercise.
