摘　　要： 蚕豆根尖微核试验是一种以染色体损伤为测试终点的植物微核检测方法.简述了该方法的建立和基本原理,综述了其在水体的致突变性、空气污染物的致突变性、农药的致突变性和其他环境致突变物检测中的应用. The micronucleus test in vicia faba root tip cell is a method of micronucleus in plant to reflect chromosomal damage . this article introduced the establishment and basic principle of the micronucleus test in vicia faba root tip cell, summarized the application in inspected mutagens of water , air pollution and agrochemical etc.
