摘 要: 以松香、改性松香、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主要原料,通过自由基聚合反应对松香胶进行改性,通过改变DMC用量合成了一系列松香施胶剂,研究了其对二次纤维的施胶作用及对纸张物理性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的松香胶可对纸张产生明显的施胶作用,且纸张的物理性能也得到不同程度的改善。其中按m(松香):m(改性松香):m(DMC)=20:5:2配比制得的松香施胶剂,当其用量为0.8%、硫酸铝用量1.5%(均对绝干浆)时,浆料的pH近中性(6.3~6.5),纸张Cobb值为35.15g/m^2(60 s),纸张的抗张指数、环压指数也得到了明显的改善。 A new type of rosin size was synthesized with rosin, modified rosin and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride ( DMC ) by radical copolymerization. A series of rosin sizing agents were synthesized with changing the content of DMC. The sizing effects of the sizing agent on secondary fibers and the effects of sizing on the paper strength were studied. The results showed that the sizing effect was significantly improved and the physical properties of the paper increased by the sizing agent after the rosin being modified. At the dosage of 0.8 wt. % RD1 sizing agent and 1.5 wt. % A12 (SO4) 3, the Cobb value of the paper was decreased from 219.63 g,/m^2 to 35. 15 g/m^2 (60 s), and the tensile index and rind crush index of the paper increased significantly compared to the control sample.
