摘　　要： 本文阐述了普通高校日语专业人才培养模式中存在的问题，指出了市场经济下复合型外语人才培养的迫切性和必要性，提出了培养目标和教学改革的主要对策。主要从更新人才培养观念，改革课程设置，加强院系间教师的互通有无等方面进行阐述。指出日语人才的培养必须要适应市场经济的需求，培养的人才应该既懂日语知识，又要了解企业生产、管理的一般常识。 This paper elaborates an existent problem in the mode of fostering Japanese professional talented person in a common and high school, points out the urgency and the necessity to foster a compound type foreign language talented person under market economy, puts forward the development target and the main countermeasure of the teaching reform in education.
