摘 要: 以普通Q235钢为基本成分,适当提高锰含量及加入极微量Nb(小于0·01%),并采用控制轧制和控制冷却工艺在热轧机上开发出屈服强度达470MPa级的低成本、高强度汽车车轮用钢板。研究结果表明,该钢具有良好的冲击韧性、成形性和焊接性能。同时利用ANSYS有限元软件对采用该钢制成的车轮进行了结构性能分析,得出轮辐应力集中程度较小,最大应力值仍明显小于材料本身屈服强度,强度储备很大,存在进一步优化减薄的潜力。 A kind of low cost and high performance super steel for automotive wheels in grade of 470MPa was devel oped in hot mills. It was based on the common 0.235 steel and added more Mn properly and very small amount of Nb (less than 0.01 % ), combined with controlled rolling and cooling process.The test results showed that this steel has a good ductility, formability and weld ability. Meanwhile, the structure performance of the new wheel steel was analyzed by ANSYS simulation. And the results showed that the stress eoneentration degree of spoke is low and the maximum of the stress is still lower than the yield strength of this material greatly. It has great deposited strength and the potential to reduce the thick of spoke further.
