摘 要: 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了尖晶石型锂钛复合氧化物L i4Ti5O12,并研究了煅烧温度对其电化学性能的影响。结果表明,在800℃煅烧12 h得L i4Ti5O12,晶型良好,粒度较均匀。并且表现出良好的电化学性能,循环10次后比容量仍保持在160 mAh.g-1左右。 Lithium titanium composite oxide with spinel-framework structure, Li4Ti5O12, were prepared by sol-gel method. The influence of calcination temperature on the electrochemical performance of Li4Ti5O12 was investigated. The results showed that Li4Ti5O12 calcining at 800 ℃ for 12 h exhibited excellent phase, uniformly distributed particles, good stoichiometric inorganic oxides, higher capacity and better cyclic reversibility which a reversible capacity of nearly 160 mAh·g^-1 was obtained after 10 cycles.
