抽油泵柱塞与泵筒间隙漏失量计算方法的研究

摘  要: 针对原抽油泵柱塞与泵筒间隙压差漏失流量计算方法的不足,依据抽油泵工作过程特点,考虑了泵筒内实际压力变化规律对柱塞与泵筒间隙漏失的影响,建立了柱塞与泵筒间隙瞬时漏失流量和累积漏失液体体积的仿真计算模型。该模型不仅适用于柱塞与泵筒正常间隙漏失的仿真计算,也适用于非正常间隙严重漏失的计算。计算实例表明,随着泵间隙加大,2种计算模型计算结果差距增大,新模型计算结果小于原模型。根据泵筒内液体压力变化规律的仿真模型,可对泵示功图进行仿真,仿真示功图与实测示功图吻合较好。 Since the method for calculating the pressure difference leakage of the pump clearance between the plunger and the pump barrel is incomplete,the effect of the actual pressure variation inside the pump barrel on the clearance leakage between the plunger and the barrel is considered according to the operating behavior of the oil well pump.The realistic calculating model of the instantaneous leakage and accumulative leakage volume of the clearance between the plunger and the barrel is established.This model is not only adaptable to the calculation of the leakage of the normal clearance,but also to the calculation of the severe leakage of the abnormal clearance.The calculations indicate that as the pump clearance increases,the difference of the calculation results from the two models becomes larger.But the calculation result from the new mode is less than that from the previous model.According to the realistic model of the liquid pressure variation rule,the pump dynamometer card can be emulated.The emulated dynamometer card is almost identical with the measured dynamometer card.
