摘 要: 在实际生产的条件下,在振频0~12Hz,振幅0~0.30mm的范围内系统地研究了振动参数的变化对无规非晶型聚合物PS(GPPS)宏观力学性能和聚集态结构的影响规律。根据所获得的宏观和微观信息,总结了无规非晶型PS制品的力学性能对于振动参数变化的响应规律,并首次提出了一个较为直观的“分子链双重交织取向”物理结构模型,阐述了振动参数、聚集态结构和宏观力学性能三者间的联系,对典型无规非晶型高聚物性能与振动力场间响应变化规律的结构原因进行了较为深入的探索及合理的解释。 Under the condition of factual manufacture, the effect disciplinarian of vibration frequency (from 0 to 12Hz) and amplitude (from 0 to 0.30mm) on the mechanical properties and the impact section morphology structures of atactic non-crystal PS (GPPS) specimen was investigated. According to the acquired macroscopic land microcosmic information, the respond negulation of mechanical properties of GPPS product toward the vibration parameter chang was summarized. A concise explanation of physics structure model, Dualinterlace interlocking orientation model, was also founded to describe the relationships among the vibration pa- rameters, aggregation structure and the mechanical properties, also carried on more thorough research and reasonable explanation on the structure reason of the change regulation of the typical atactic non-crystal polymer mechanical praoperties responding to the vibration physics-field.
