摘　　要： 泡菜等相关产品中携带寄生虫卵的潜在威胁不容忽视。在调查、取样的基础上,本研究进行了泡菜等产品中寄生虫卵分离方法的研究,并用模拟阳性泡菜样品进行了猪蛔虫卵的回收率实验。经采用泡菜、辣椒酱等样品进行验证,本研究建立了包括过滤、离心、漂浮、麦克马斯特(McMaster)虫卵计数板观察等程序的虫卵检验操作规程。回收率实验表明,本方法对泡菜样品中猪蛔虫卵的回收率为35.49%,可以满足相关产品的检验需求。 The contamination of parasite eggs and oocysts to vegetables and crops is a serious hygienic problem. In this study, protocols for the separation of parasite eggs and oocysts from kimchi and the related vegetable products are developed, including filteration, centrifugation, flotation and the transfer of the supernatant afterwards onto McMaster countering slides and microscopic examination.
