摘　　要： 从债务布置结构、债务期限结构以及债务优先结构三方面对西方企业债务融资结构的主要文献进行综述,并在分析国内研究现状的基础上得出启示,为我国近期开展债务融资结构研究指明了方向。 This article mainly analyzes debt financing structure of corporate from the placement structure, maturity structure and priority structure of debt in foreign enterprises, and provides some enlightenment based on the analysis on the study status quo of debt financing structure in China.
