摘 要: IC卡技术已广泛应用在金融、电信、政府、公共事业等方面。本文研究了IC卡序列号,使用算法产生大量的序列号且不出现重复的号码,或重复率很低,保证每张卡都有唯一的序列号。比较了几个算法,并对算法进行改进,这提高了随机数的有效性。 IC cant technology has been widely used in many aspects such as finance, telecom, government, common affairs, and so on. This paper studies the sequence number of IC cant,gets a large amount of sequence numbers by algorithms without repeated numbers or with lowly repeated rate so that each IC cant has a unique sequence number,and compares several algorithms and improves them so as to get random numbers efficiently.
