摘 要: 将药材甲置于含二氧化碳和空气各50%的实验气体中,在15℃、20℃、25℃和30℃4个温度下分别处理6、12、24h,统计分析药材甲在不同温度下的死亡率差异及相同温度下不同发育阶段死亡率差异。结果显示,实验气体对药材甲有很强的毒性作用,成虫对二氧化碳最为敏感;20℃下,二氧化碳50%处理6h,可以100%致死成虫个体;在15℃ ̄30℃内,温度升高可以增强二氧化碳对药材甲的作用效果。不同发育阶段对二氧化碳的敏感差异明显。 Drugstore beetles were introduced to mixed gases including 50% carbon dioxide (CO2) and 50% nature atmosphere. The pests were exposed to the control atmosphere (CA) at 15, 20, 25 and 30℃ for 6, 12 and 24 h respectively. The results indicated that the CA was very detrimental to the pest. Adult was the most sensitive stage. The CA achieved complete mortality of adults exposed for 6 h at 20℃ or for shorter time and higher temperature. The rising of temperature from 15 to 30℃ could improve the sensitivity of drugstore beetle to CO2. The difference of sensitivity was also noted between life stages.
