摘　　要： 图书馆的科学发展观是可持续发展观、人才思想观、资源战略观、协调发展观和特色带动整体观与服务创新的观念。收集文献信息、开发利用与保护人类文化遗产是图书馆永恒的主题,新时期图书馆要在文献信息资源开发与服务上赢得用户,成为社会阅读与信息事业的重要组成部分。 Library＇s scientific development outlook is an outlook of constant and coordinated development, of talented thought and resources strategy with characteristics and service innovation. The eternal subject of a library is to collect literature information, utilize and protect human cultural heritage. A library in the new period should gain its readers with good service and the development of literature resources and become one of the important parts of public reading and information undertaking.
