摘 要: 通过乳液聚合方法,制备了双羟基四配位硅改性苯丙乳液;测定了乳液的粘度、粒径分布、凝胶率、稳定性等;测定了乳液成膜后的各种性能,如吸水率、热性能分析、玻璃化转变温度、附着力、硬度等.结果表明改性的苯丙乳液比纯苯丙乳液的热性能有所提高,玻璃化转变温度有所降低,附着力提高.并得出2%含量的双羟基四配位硅改性2%乳化剂、40%固含量的苯丙乳液性能最佳. The styrene-acrylic emulsion modified by double hydroxyl tetra-coordinated silicon was prepared by free radical emulsion polymerization. Then the viscosity, size distribution, gel ratio, stability of emulsions was determined and the water absorption, thermal properties, the glass transition temperature, adhesion force, hardness of the fihns was tested. Our results showed that the thermal properties of all the modified membranes increased, with the glass transition temperature being decreased and adhesion force being enhanced. The optimum proportion for preparation of excellent emulsion was 2% content of emulsion agent,40% content of solid,2% content of double hydroxyl-tetra-coordinate silicon.
