摘　　要： 目前西医院校的针灸推拿学选修课教学存在着因学生专业差异、既有思维模式、课程教材不对口带来的种种问题,应通过课程教学目的的再定位及具体内容设置的调整,以提高针灸推拿课的教学质量。 At present, there are some problems about teaching acupuncture and massage elective course in colleges of western medicine, which are caused by student＇s specialty, thinking mode and the teaching material of elective course. To improve the quality of the teaching in acupuncture and massage, it is necessary to reorientate the teaching intention, adjust the course plan.
