摘　　要： 以东部12省市为研究对象,分析了东部地区外商直接投资的区位分布状况,采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,研究了外商在我国东部地区进行FDI区位选择的影响因素。根据分析结果,对东部沿海地区如何进一步吸引外资提出了相应策略,以期为我国各地区的吸引外资工作提供一些借鉴。 This thesis using 12 provinces or cities in East China as the research object, firstly summarizes the regional situation of FDI in East China, and secondly analyzes the regional factors for FDI in East China with both qualitative and quantitative methods, ultimately brings out some reciprocal suggestions for the East China and further for the Middle China and West China basing on the previous result.
