摘 要: 以8个种源黄芩为研究对象,对其光合特性进行了比较研究。结果表明:8个种源黄芩的净光合速率、光饱和点、光补偿点等光合指标间差异显著,其中渭源种源黄芩对高光强利用能力最强,光饱和点为(1575±68)μmol/(m2.s),赤峰种源黄芩对弱光利用能力显著高于其他种源,光补偿点为(52±17)μmol/(m2.s);净光合速率日变化均呈“双峰”曲线,上下午各有一高峰,午后2:00净光合速率均显著降低,出现光合“午休”现象。 We compored photosynthetic characters of eight strains of ScuteUaria baicalensis. The results showed that photosynthetic rate, light saturation point and light compensation point of eight strains of Scutellaria baicalensiswere obviously different. The capacity of Weiyuan strain using high intensity illumination was the highest, and its light saturation point was up to (1 575 ± 68)μmol/(m^2·s). The capacity of Chifeng strain using low light was higher than any other strain and its hght compensation point was (52 ± 17)μmol/(m^2· s). The diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate presented a double-apex curve, the first peak was in the morning and the second was in the afternoon. The photosynthetic rate went down sharply at 2:00 in the afternoon, and the phenomenon of "noon break" appeared. The differences among eight strains of Scutellaria baicalensis on photosynthetic characters were the results of environmental adaptation and help to form their physiological characters. The environment played an important part in the evolution and growth of the plants. These results indicated that the Scutellaria baicalensis species, which are helophytic plants, have great adaptation to their growth habitats.
