摘　　要： 目的描述专科护士(CNS)的发展,进一步明确护理向专业化发展的方向。方法对专科护士的概念、作用、教育、培训、资格认证及CNS面临的问题与展望作了介绍和分析。结果专科护士是护理领域具有高水平和专长的临床护理专家。专科护士在促进健康,提高护理质量,推动护理事业发展等方面发挥积极作用。结论我国应尽快建立和发展专科护士。在发展专科护士过中要充分考虑管理、教育、培训与研究等问题。 Objective To describe the recent development and prospect of clinical nurse specialist （CNS） and to identify the development tendency of nursing as being a specialized practice in the future. Methods Literatures were reviewed with focused evaluation on the concept and the roles of CNS, the related aspects such as education, training and certification. Results CNS are experts with high-level specialty in clinical nursing. They play positive and important roles in improving health, enhancing quality of nursing and promoting the development of nursing. Conclusion CNS should be developed and established quickly in China. In this process, several aspects such as management, education, training and research must be fully considered with higher priority.
