摘 要: 研究了在离子液体氯化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑(EmimCl)体系中丙烯腈氯化合成2,3-二氯丙腈,考察了反应温度、反应时间、氯气用量、EmimCl用量及其重复使用对反应的影响。该体系中2,3-二氯丙腈收率可达89.96%,且离子液体重复使用多次活性没有明显下降。 The synthesis of 2, 3-dichloropropronitrile by the chlorination of acrylonitrile in ionic liquid EmimCl (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride) was studied, and the effects of the reaction temperature and time, the amount of the chlorine and EmimCl used, and the recycle of EmimCl on the reaction were observed. The yield of 2,3-dichloropropiontrile was up to 89.96 %, and no significant loss of activity was observed after EmimCl was recycled several times.
