摘 要: 以槟榔、橡胶作为供体,玉米、花生、南瓜、黄豆、稗草、马唐为受体,通过种子萌发的生测和根伸长的生测法来测定槟榔、橡胶的化感作用。结果表明:槟榔叶浸提液在对玉米、南瓜和黄豆的萌发和根生长的影响呈现高浓度抑制、低浓度促进的现象;槟榔叶浸提液高浓度下对稗草和马唐的根生长有抑制作用。槟榔根系周围的土壤对玉米和南瓜的萌发、玉米和黄豆的根生长都有促进作用;而对南瓜的根生长和花生的萌发有抑制作用。橡胶叶浸提液高浓度下对南瓜的萌发有抑制作用;低浓度对花生的根生长有促进作用;橡胶叶浸提液对马唐的根生长有较强的抑制作用。橡胶根系周围土壤对玉米种子的萌发和根生长都有少量促进作用,橡胶根系周围的土壤对花生的萌发和根生长有抑制作用。 The allelopathic potential of two plant donators, Areca catechu L. and Hevea brasiliensis on the germination and growth of Zea mays L. , Arachis hypogaea L, Cucurbita moschata, Glycine max, Echinochloa crusgalli, Digitaria sanguinalis was investigated. The results showed that the high concentration aqueous extract of Areca catechu L. had inhibition on the germination and growth of Z. mays, C. moschata, G. max, but the low concentration extract had stimulating effect. Furthermore, in the rhizosphere soil of Areca catechu L. , the germination of Z. mays and C. moschata, and the root growth of Z. mays G. max were stimulated, while the root growth of C. moschata and the germination of Arachis hypogaea L. were inhibited. The high concentration aqueous extract of Areca catechu L. had inhibition on the growth of Echinochloa crus -galli, Digitaria sanguinalis; The high concentration aqueous extract of Hevea brasiliensis had inhibition on the germination C. moschata, but stimulation occurred at low concentration on the root growth of Arachis hypogaea L. The high concentration aqueous extract of Hevea brasiliensis had inhibition on the growth of Echinochloa crus - galli, Digitaria sanguinalis. In the rhizosphere soil of Hevea brasiliensis. , the germination and the root growth of Zea mays L. were stimulated while those of Arachis hypogaea L were inhibited.
