摘　　要： 从城乡结合部房屋拆迁问题复杂、双方难于达成协议的现实出发,分析了城乡结合部房屋拆迁存在的问题,并根据多年工作经验,综合考虑各种情况,总结出了一套城乡结合部房屋拆迁补偿价格的计算方法。 Embark from reality about house relocation compensation in city and countryside union department,this paper analyzes the problems that exist in the city and countryside union department house relocation, and then summarizes a set of methods to compute the price of house relocation compensation in city and countryside union department.
