“施丰乐”对国槐蒸腾耗水日变化的影响

摘  要: 采用BP34000精密天平等仪器对喷施不同质量浓度(10、20、40 mg.L-1)“施丰乐”溶液(对照喷施清水)的当年生国槐的实际蒸腾耗水状况进行研究,得出不同处理苗木在正常水分条件下及干旱胁迫过程中的日蒸腾耗水规律.结果表明:在轻度和中度干旱胁迫时期,各处理苗木耗水量和耗水速率日变化规律呈明显的“单峰型”变化,峰值出现在12:00-14:00,进入严重干旱胁迫时期,各处理苗木的耗水量和耗水速率的日变化幅度十分平缓.对照苗木的耗水速率不论在哪个时间段都大于处理苗木,特别在中度干旱胁迫时期,对照苗木1 d中的最大耗水速率较处理苗木高40.6%-68.1%.通过研究不同处理苗木在不同水势梯度下的耗水特性和蒸腾耗水量,得出植物生长调节剂“施丰乐”的喷施对减少苗木耗水,延缓苗木干旱起着重要的作用,从而为水量缺乏的情况下,进行林木培育和植被恢复重建提供新的有效途径. Factual water consumption status of Sophora japonica L sprayed with different concentration of plant growth regulator "Shifengle" solution including 10, 20, 40 mg· L^-1 (water is comparison)were studied by using BP3400 precision balance etc. , the daily water-consumption patterns of seedlings with different treatments were observed in normal water-supply and drought stress conditions. The results showed that the daily variations in quantities and rates of water consumption of seedlings with various treatments were clearly when they were in light and medium drought, and the daily highest quantity and rate of water consumption of seedlings was in 12:00 -14.00. But when they were in severe drought, the daily variations became unclearly. Water consumption rate of the comparisons were greater than the treatments whenever in any time segment, especially, in medium drought, the daily highest water consumption rate of the comparisons were 40. 6% to 68.1% higher than the treatments. It suggested that the present focusing on water consumption characteristic and consumption valve of seedlings with various treatments in different water potentials would give the conclusion that "Shifengle" would contribute to the diminishing of water consumption and the detainment of seedling drought, therefore, it was beneficial to afforestation and vegetation reconstruction under condi- tion of water deficiency.
