摘　　要： 本文分析了当前农村居民点和农村企业布局中普遍存在的用地散乱、粗放的现状,指出农村居民与企业布局的调整和整理应作为新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的重点内容。我们应在景观生态学和景观建筑学原理的指导下,通过土地利用规划来合理引导农村居民点的布局调整和农村企业的集中用地,从而提高土地利用的集约度,推进城镇化进程。最后,文章对用地布局调整的相关制度保证和措施进行了简要探讨。 According to a scattered and extensive actuality in the land use of rural settlement and plant in the countryside, this paper advanced that the distribution adjustment and consolidation should be an important part of the land use planning. In addition, we should make good use of the planning guided by the principle of landscape architecture and landscape ecology to induct the distribution adjustment and get the potential improvement. At last,this paper discussed the institutional guarantee and implementary measures of them briefly.
