5种菊科植物水浸液对黄帚橐吾种子萌发期化感作用的研究
Study on the aUelopathy of aqueous extracts from five Compositae plants on seed germination of Ligularia virgaurea

摘  要: 以细叶亚菊(Ajania tenuifolia)、火绒草(Leontopodium leontopodioidea)、南美蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata)、三叶鬼针草(Bidens pilosa)、下田菊(Adenostemma lavenia)5种菊科植物4个浓度的水浸液为供体,对黄帚橐吾(Ligularia virgaurea)种子萌发进行了生物测定,同时选择了同域分布的常见牧草垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)进行了相关指标的测定,比较了供体植物之间的化感作用强度.测试结果用化感作用效应指数(RI)评价,RI的相加平均值(M)评价供体对受体在萌发期的化感强度.结果表明:不同水浸液对受体种子萌发的影响依供体种类和水浸液浓度而有差异,下田菊对黄帚橐吾萌发期的化感作用最强,火绒草对垂穗披碱草萌发期的化感作用最弱.权衡每种供体对两种受体的M值,发现0.0500 g/mL南美蟛蜞菊、三叶鬼针草和0.0250 g/mL下田菊水浸液对黄帚橐吾有显著的抑制作用,而对牧草种子抑制作用较弱,其活性成分可作为植物源除草剂开发利用. In order to screen the natural herbicide that can inhibite Ligularia virgaurea, a noxious weed widely distributed in psychro-grasslands in the east of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China, the germination rate and germination index of Ligularia virgaurea were tested with aqueous extracts at 4 concentration levers from Ajania tenuifolia, Leontopodium leontopodioide, Wedelia trilobat, Bidens pilosa, Adenostemma lavenia. And Elymus nutans, a common pasture plant distributed in same region, was also selected for comparison purpose. The allelopathic potential was compared with allelopathy response indexes(RI). For assessment of the allelopathy of donors to receptors seeding on germinative stage, the mean value (M) of response indexes were calculated. The results showed that there are different influence on the Ligularia virgaurea and Elymus nutans seed with different species and concentrations. Allelopathic inhibition of Adenostemma lavenia is the strongest to Ligularia virgaurea, and Leontopodium leontopodioidea is the weakest to Elymus nutans. A comprehensive comparison of the M value during receptors seeding indicated that 0.0500 g/mL Wedelia trilobata, Bidens pilosa and 0.0250 g/mL Adenostemma lavenia aqueous extracts can inhibit Ligularia virgaurea significantly. Our result suggests that Wedelia trilobata, Bidens pilosa and Adenostemma lavenia can be used to exploit natural herbicide.
