摘 要: 随着遥感技术本身的发展及其在各领域、各种尺度应用的逐步推广,其在灌区的应用也正在并且将会发挥更大的作用,这主要表现在三个方面,一是有关灌区背景信息获取即水土资源环境的调查,如土地利用类型及其变化、灌区生态状况及其变化、地表及地下水资源调查等,二是灌区农作物信息获取,如农作物种植结构及种植面积调查、农作物长势监测、作物估产、作物灾情监测,三是灌区水平衡要素方面,如作物蒸腾发、区域降雨量、土壤湿度等最终可以服务于农作物需水量估算,辅助灌区灌溉配水方案决策。 With the development of remote sensing technology and expend of its application in so many kinds of fields and scale, it is and will have much effect on irrigation district. It can be concluded to three aspects, one is investigation about water and land background information in irrigation district, such as landuse type and its change, distribution of water and irrigation system, and eco-environment, one is get information about crop in irrigation district, such as crop type distribution and area, monitor of crop growing situation, crop yield assess and crop disaster, the other is estimation about water balance factors such as crop evapotranspiration, precipitation and soil moisture which can be used to measure the crop water requirement, and assist irrigation district to make decision about water collocation and irrigation plan finally.
