摘　　要： 本文结合书刊采购工作实践,分析了书刊涨价情况,针对经费不足提出几点建议:1加强书刊订购质量;2.建立是缴本制度;3.严格采购查重制度,把握图书采购中的公共关系;4.采购与采访相结合;5.加强外文期刊的订购和管理、装订工作;6.大力开展国际书刊交换活动. On the basis of an analysis of the price - rising of books and journals, following suggestions were put forward in view of the shortage of library funds: (l)to improve the acquisition quality of books and journals, (2)to set up legal deposit copy system, (3) to enforce duplication checking and to pay attention to public relations in book purchasing, (4) to combine acquisition with investigation, (5) to strengthen the purchase of original journals and their management, (6) to devote great efforts to international exchange of books and journals.
