摘　　要： 农林经济管理学科目前在与到了各级政府重视、人才需求面日益拓宽、研究领域日益拓展等机遇的同时,也遇到了服务面相同类学科竞争、招生规模扩大及研究生培养质量要求提高等方面的挑战,弄清发展现状,正式存在问题,坚持以学科建设为主线,凝练学科方向、突出学科特色、建设学科队伍、搭建学科平台、创造学科发展的优良环境、加强研究生管理、创新研究生培养模式,则有利于推动该学科的建设和人才培养质量的提高。 Nowadays, the discipline of management of agricultural and forestry economy has been faced up to many opportunities, like high recognition from the government at all levels, the gradually increased demand, the expansion of the research scope and so on. On the other hand, it also has been confronted with some challenges, such as the competition from similar disciplines, the enlargements of admission scale and the demand for improving the quality of postgraduate education and the like. It is advantageous to make the current situation of the discipline development clear, find out the existing problems and advance its construction and enhance the management of postgraduate education and innovate its cultivating mode, in order to promote the development of the discipline of management of agricultural and forestry economy and improve the cultivating quality of postgraduates.
