摘　　要： 热电冰箱又称“半导体冰箱”,是半导体制冷技术应用在家用电器中的典型产品。影响半导体冰箱制冷性能的因素除了半导体制冷材料、冷热端的散热方式外,还取决于其良好的结构设计和合理的装配工艺。 Thermoelectric refrigerator is also named of semiconductor refrigerator ,and is a typical product with semiconductor refrigeration technology used in home appliance.Good structure and reasonable assembly techniques are important factors affecting the refrigeration performance as well as the semiconductor material and the condition of heat exchanging for both hot and cole sides.
