摘 要: 大量实证研究表明,团队领导与团队绩效有显著的相关性,团队领导是影响团队绩效的关键因素之一。对研究型大学科研创新团队的领导机制进行深入研究,分别从创新团队领导的行为基础、领导模式和领导过程3个层面探讨创新团队的领导问题,并指出创新团队有效领导的一般原则,从而为实现创新团队的有效领导提供了依据。 Team leadership is highly correlated with team performance, and team leadership is one of the critical factors contributing to team performance. This paper analyzes the leadership mechanism of innovative research team from three aspects: leadership behavior basis, leadership style and leadership process, then indicates the general principles of the effective innovative research team leadership.
