摘　　要： 利用2000-2004年的统计数据,从建筑业对地区经济增长的贡献、建筑业的所有制结构特征、劳动生产率、利润水平及技术装备水平等方面,对北京、上海、天津、重庆、江苏、浙江、山东、广东等八个重要省市的建筑业现状进行了分析,指出了这些地区建筑业的优势及存在的差距,为这些地区建筑业今后的发展提供参考意见。 On the basis of the statistical data from 2000 to 2004, this paper analyzes the current situation of construction industry of eight major provinces and cities Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong from the aspects such as the construction industry＇s contribution to region economic growth, its ownership feature, labor productivity, profit level and technical arrangement level. The study shows us advantages as well as the disparities of the construction industry of these areas, which can be a reference for their further development.
