摘 要: 目的构建动脉粥样硬化好发部位复杂血液流动状态的体外模型,并数值模拟。方法利用软刻法制作带后向台阶的聚二甲基硅氧烷流动腔。采用有限元分析方法分析通道内的流型和剪切力分布。结果获得了一个光学性能良好并能模拟体内特殊流型的流动腔,数值模拟显示,在流动腔中能产生流动停滞、涡流与再附流动等,形成了一个扰动流场。结论该加工方法快速、简便,制作的聚二甲基硅氧烷流动腔中流场的特征与体内动脉弯曲和分叉管处的血液流动相似,可进一步用于体外细胞力学行为的研究。 Objective To construct and numerically simulate the flow channel to simulate the blood flow features of the susceptible sites of atherosclerosis in vitro.Methods PDMS flow channel was fabricated by soft lithography.The flow and the shear stress distribution of the channel were computed by limited volume method. Results The PDMS flow chamber which possessed favorable optical property was obtained.The computer results suggested the flow with disturbed feature,such as flow separation and reattachment,was produced in channel. Conclusion The fabricated methods are quick and simple.The chamber could be used for the advanced investigations of cells' mechanical behavior in vitro.
