摘 要: 利用软件Pro/MECHANICA,对哈里伯顿1400型压裂泵轮毂所存在的结构失效进行优化设计研究。在对轮毂相应结构尺寸灵敏度分析的基础上,找出对轮毂结构最敏感的优化设计变量:轮毂的厚度与轮毂所挖孔的孔径,以应力最值(150MPa)为优化目标,以轮毂重量最轻为约束函数,通过优化分析,得出轮毂的合理结构。通过疲劳强度校核,优化得到的新轮毂结构满足强度要求。 The paper has carry out the optimum structure study for the hub of Halliburton 1400 fracturing pump aiming at its structural failure introduced in the paper of the structure finite element analysis of the hub by using the software of Pro/MECHANICA. Basing on the sensitivity analysis of the hub's physical dimension, we have carried on the optimum structure study by selecting the most sensitive structure size(hub thickness and bore size) as optimum design variable,taken the stress most value 150MPa as optimization objective and the most lightness of hub weight as constraint function. We have finalily worked out the fitest structure of the hub by forementioned optimum design, at the same time, the new hub can satisfied the strength requirement by checking its fatigue strength.
