PZT微驱动器磁头的动特性研究

摘  要: 采用摄动法对描述超薄气体润滑理论的修正雷诺方程进行处理,建立了气体润滑的静动态方程,求解得到磁头气膜的无量纲刚度系数和阻尼系数,并讨论了磁头线速度对空气膜刚度系数和阻尼系数的影响.采用的磁头模型是一种PZT微驱动器磁头,其主体部分飞高为20nm,读写头处飞高可达5nm.模拟结果表明,磁头末端下降15nm后,其动态特性和稳定性明显提高;磁头线速度在8.0m/s^11.2m/s变化时,气膜刚度系数线性增加,阻尼系数却线性减小. The stiffness and damping coefficients of a new active-head slider gas bearing are calculated. Perturbation method is utilized to set up the static and dynamic gas lubrication model, which is described by the modified average Reynolds equation. The nominal flying height of the active-head slider is 20nm. However, with the use of the PZT cantilever, the minimum flying height 5 nm between the read write element and the disk can be reached. It is concluded that the dynamic characteristics and the stabilities of the slider can be improved dramatically when the deflection of the cantilever end is 15nm. The effect of the slider linear velocity as well as stiffness and damping coefficients are also discussed. It shows that the stiffness increases and the damping decreases when the velocity ranges from 8.0m/s to 11.2m/s.
