摘　　要： 以Ｂｒｅｗｓｔｅｒ模型为基础，讨论了物质的构型和旋光性及基团的极化度之间的关系；通过基团的极化度把物质微观的结构和宏观的旋光性关联起来了． Based on Brewster model, the relations of the opticities of some organic compounds and their configurations along with group polarizabilities were discussed. By using group polarizabilities,the configurations of organic compounds can be correlated with their opticities.
