摘　　要： 社会公正体现在司法公正、政策公正、制度公正、道德公正等各个方面:构建社会主义和谐社会必须实现社会公正;社会公正必须通过更新观念、坚持公平、发展民主、加强法制等多种途径来实现。 Social justice lies in judicial justice, policy equity, system equity and moral justice. To build a harmoneous socialist society requires to forge social justice, It is suggested that we forge social justice via updating our perspectives, sticking to equity, developing democracy and strengthening the rule by law .
