摘 要: 利用湿法与离心分离法净化机理,研制出旋风喷雾油烟净化装置.试验结果表明,净化器内断面风速为1.8 m/s左右,洗涤液浓度为5%~7%,水气比为0.9~1.1 kg/m3时效果较优,净化效率可达80%以上,最高可达92%.该装置结构紧凑、式样美观,适合用于饮食业的油烟净化. Utilizing the purification mechanism of wet method and centrifugation, develops a set of cooking smoke purification device. The test results show that purification efficiency is nearly the best i. e. over 80%, even reaching 92% when the sectional air speed in the device is about 1.8 m/s, cleaning solution concentration is 5%, and spraying water amount is 0.9 to 1, 1 kg/m^3. It is compact in structure and good in appearance, suitable for the cooking smoke purification in catering services.
