摘　　要： 中资商业银行纷纷大力引进境外战略投资者,可能对我国金融领域产生一定的风险。因此,提出一些防范与化解风险的思路及相关的政策建议是有必要的。 At present,Chinese-capitalized commercial banks have vigorously absorbed foreign investment,many scholars have thus explored this phenomenon,the majority hold that foreign investment should be encouraged,for commercial banks can obtain benefits from it.But fewer people have shown concern for the risk to our financial field that comes along with this investment.This article gives a risk analysis of this phenomenon.
