摘　　要： 1991-2005,中国的FD I来源地结构变化如下:港澳台FD I在90年代前半期大幅度上升,1997年开始减少;港澳台FD I占中国的份额从1991年的67%下滑至2004年的37%。韩国东盟维尔京群岛的FD I迅速增长,占中国的份额从1991年不到2%上升到2004年37%。美日英法德意加等发达国家FD I的绝对量有所上升,占中国的份额稳定在20%左右。其余140多个国家和地区的FD I占中国的份额稳定在10%强。今后一段时期内,中国FD I的规模及来源结构可能趋于稳定。 From1991 to 2005,the Change of china's FDI source country formation is that investment from Hong Kong,Marco and Taiwan increased sharply in the 1990s,but after 1997,this investment decreased from 67% to 37%.The investment from Korea and southeastern Asia increased rapidly from 2% in 1991 to 37% in 2004.The total proportion of USA,Japan,UK,France and Italy kept a 20% increase.The proportion of other 140 countries stayed about 10%.From now on,the scale and source country formation of FDI in China will be hopefully stable.
