基于管网模拟的蒸汽动力系统多周期运行优化

摘  要: 分析了管网输送过程中蒸汽参数变化对工艺过程和蒸汽动力系统运行的影响。为了消除这些影响,提出了与管网模拟相集成的蒸汽动力系统优化运行策略,并且建立了考虑蒸汽输送损失的混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)模型。针对大规模MINLP模型求解困难的问题,开发了分解迭代的算法,将建立的模型系统分解为优化运行子系统和管网模拟子系统,通过协调子系统之间的关系,迭代计算,直到求得满足误差条件的最优解。通过实例证明了提出的策略和算法能够在合理的时间内得到系统优化运行的最优解,既为企业节省了大量的资金,又为蒸汽动力系统和工艺系统的安全稳定运行提供了保障。 An analysis on the negative impact of steam parameter change on utility system and process operations was conducted. In order to avoid the impact, the method integrating utility system operational planning optimization with pipeline network simulation was developed. A multiperiod mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP) model involving utility system operation planning constraints, pipeline network constraints, steam property calculation equations was established. To overcome the computation difficulty of the complicated MINLP model the proposed problem was decomposed into two sub-problems, one of which was utility system operational planning optimization involving a MILP model, the other was pipeline network simulation involving non-linear constraints. Then a three-step iteration algorithm was developed to solve the whole MINLP problem. At the last part of the paper, a case study showed that significant savings were obtained by optimizing the utility system operation at no capital investment, as well as steady and safety process operation was ensured.
