低磷与铝毒胁迫对木豆根尖及其分泌的酸性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘  要: 通过对木豆在低磷和铝毒胁迫下根尖内及根尖分泌的酸性磷酸酶(APA)活性的动态变化规律研究,旨在了解木豆对缺磷和铝胁迫的适应性机制,为木豆在酸性土壤上的栽培提供依据。结果表明:低磷(1μm o l.L-1P)使根尖内及根尖分泌的APA活性显著增加,并且低磷诱导根尖内APA活性增加早于根尖分泌的APA活性增加,在低磷胁迫的第7d,木豆根尖内APA活性达到最高,而根尖分泌的APA活性于第9d才达到最高。低磷引起的根尖及其分泌的APA活性增加在供磷24h后即显著降低,说明APA活性的增强是植物对低磷胁迫的适应性反应。另一方面,20μm o l.L-1A l虽然使低磷胁迫下植株根尖内的APA活性显著降低,但根尖分泌的APA活性却有所增加,说明在低磷胁迫下铝引起根系分泌的APA活性增加可能是木豆适应酸性土壤逆境的重要机制。 In order to know about the adaptable mechanisms of pigeon pea responding to P deficiency and Al stress and provide a basis for cultivating pigeon pea in acid soil, the dynamic changes of the activities of acid phosphatase (APA) in root tip and excreted from root tip of pigeon pea were studied under P deficiency and A1 stress. The results demonstrated that low phosphorus (1μmol/L P) obviously increased the activities of APA in root tip and excreted from root tip, and the increase of activities of APA in root tip was earlier than that of excreted from root tip. The activities of APA in the root tip reached the highest level on the seventh day in low P stress, while that of secreted from root tip was on the ninth day. The increased of APA activities induced by P deficiency decreased significantly after supplying P for 24h, which showed that the increase of APA activities was the adaptable response of pigeon pea to P deficiency. Moreover, the activities of APA excreted from the root tip was significantly increased by the treatment of 20μmol/L Al even though the activities of APA in the root tip decreased under low P stress, which showed that the increase of APA activities excreted from roots reduced by Al toxicity under low P stress may be one of the important mechanisms responding to acid soil for pigeon pea.
